Ingredients
3 cups of Rice Flour
2 1/4 cup of Sugar
8 cups of Pandan Water
2 tsp of Salt
4 cups of Coconut Milk
15 Pandan Leaves
Stir at High heat for 5-7 minutes then 40 minutes at low heat.
Let it cool before cutting
