WEIGHT WATCHERS FRIENDLY PORK CHOPS AND MUSHROOM SAUCE – EASY LOW POINT DINNER IDEA

Welcome back to my channel everyone! Today is a highly requested cook with me, I finally got around to filming this well loved recipe. The mushroom sauce comes in at only 2SP for 1/4 of the sauce, or if you want to save points you can make the servings into 8 and it will only be 1SP!

Pork Chops and Mushroom Sauce:
What you need:
– yellow onions
-spray butter
-mushrooms
-one can low fat cream of mushroom soup
-one packet french onion soup mix
-lean pork loin
-white rice
-salt and pepper to taste

Preperation:
Saute onions, with a little bit of spray butter and season with pepper. Once onions have browned add in your fresh mushrooms, cook until the mushrooms have softened. Add in one can of low fat cream of mushroom soup, along with one pack of onion soup mix. Stir up until everything in combined, cook on low for about 15 minutes. If you choose to have rice with this dish, start preparing it now! While your sauce is cooking, spray pam onto a non stick pan, add your choice of pork. (remember to calculate based on the size, and type of pork you choose) season with pepper (salt if you choose, however I find the onion soup mix adds enough salt) Brown each side of your pork, I usually cook each side for 5-7 min on low (times will vary depending on the size) add in mushroom sauce, cook on low for 10 min, this combines all the flavours together!

The points will vary with this recipe as it is totally up to you on how big or little you choose your pork to be. My dinner pictured in this video was 9SP on all plans! 4 oz cooked lean center loin pork 4SP mushroom sauce 2SP (could be 1SP if you decide to make 8 servings out of it) 1/2 cup white rice 3SP Green beans 0SP
